The body shop has had three weeks to repair my vehicle, but they did not do an acceptable job. 1. The rear door spacing is not correct. 2. Instead of fixing the molding, they tried to cover it with tape. 3. I received a dirty vehicle and had to personally detail my car for over an hour, cleaning up after them. 4. I have to take off work once again to drive over 20 miles to have these issues fixed. (Coming on Monday 30 July 2018) 5. I ask for pictures and a short video clip of the status of the repair and received a poor quality video and zero photos. 7. I received recommendations to go to Caliber body shop, but I am extremely unhappy with the work they did and would never recommend them to anyone. 8. They received more than $10,000 from the insurance company, but did not do a job anywhere close to that amount of work.
