I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision from start to finish. The intake process was smooth, and the delivery process was just as seamless. I was kept informed every step of the way, which made the entire experience stress-free. Rob was amazing—very detailed, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. He took the time to explain everything clearly and kept me updated throughout the repair process. To top it all off, my car was ready much sooner than we had anticipated. Very courteous staff and clear explanation of repairs. The repairs were done faster than expected and everything looked great. I have vinyl stripes on my vehicle and they even set me up to have it finished after 30 days to allow paint to cure. Absolutely would use them again and recommend them!
