They assisted me with every step of the process. Repairs were great, but at some point the electrical system was compromised. Something was wrong with the grounding, resulting in us having to return the vehicle to Caliber. They could not identify the cause so the vehicle was sent out and fixed. The problem was mentioned to us when we initially picked it up but we were led to believe it was no big deal. As we drove home, more deficiencies were identified so we had to bring the vehicle back. I would think there would be some compensation for the inconvenience.

When i got the appointment through USAA because I was assured of a faster service than the other shop I went to, I did not expect to be inconvenienced without my car for as long as it took. Growing up my father owned a collision repair shop and no car ever took as long as my minor damage. I was happy with how Jordan would respond quickly to my messages and the final repair..... just NOT with how long it took.
