When i got the appointment through USAA because I was assured of a faster service than the other shop I went to, I did not expect to be inconvenienced without my car for as long as it took. Growing up my father owned a collision repair shop and no car ever took as long as my minor damage. I was happy with how Jordan would respond quickly to my messages and the final repair..... just NOT with how long it took.

I felt that the timeline was very reasonable relative to the damage, and the time estimate given up front was highly accurate. The communication with me throughout the repair was excellent, and I really appreciated that the coordination of payment was done directly with my insurance company. All of the damaged components were perfectly replaced/repaired to a condition just like new. Additionally, the team went above and beyond with extra touches. For example, I was stunned to see that the interior of the vehicle, which had been messy when I left it, was spotless when I picked it up. At the conclusion of the process I was conveniently able to leave my rental car at the shop instead of returning it to the rental company. Overall, the pleasantness and ease of the experience alleviated what otherwise would have been a very stressful situation for me.

Josh & team helped me tremendously with what my life has in front of me. I'm a care giver for my 82 yold mom. They knew I needed my car to care for my mom. They worked 2 days over hours to complete the job. I had to ride my bike to get my car. Josh was so sympathetic, he said he would of picked me up. But was so happy he could get me my car ready before the weekend.
