Overall, I had exemplary customer service from start to finish! I was communicated with professionally by my service advisor, Mike, the general manager, Karl, and the voice on the phone every time I called, Lisa, at every interaction. The repair work was flawless and I am extremely satisfied with the caliber of work… now you know why their company is called Caliber Collision. While most may view the reason for needing work done to repair a dreaded event, at least I knew my vehicle was at the right place, with the right people, to make the best of it.
