We brought in our car after an accident and it was done well. Unfortunately when we received the car back our windshield was cracked and it was not brought in that way. And the answer we get is don’t know how that happens call the insurance company. Not what I expected since it was done on their time.

Our service agent Mike Anton was extremely helpful from the start of the repairs. He explained everything thoroughly to me so I understood exactly how my car would be taken care of. He informed me every step of the way what was occurring which gave me peace of mind. He asked if I had any questions and told me I could reach out. He was always so pleasant and caring. I also received very pleasant guidance from the two ladies that worked the front desk, one when I signed in and one when I signed out. Because of Mike'sservice, I will return if I need to and share with others, the great service that was provided! Thank you Mike and ladies!
