Car promised in 2 days. It took ten. Totally unacceptable. Discourages me from using or recommending you in the future. But then, in 45 years, I have never had a body shop have my car ready when promised.

It was efficient and great working with caliber collision. They dropped me off at the rental place and dropped the vehicle back off as well. They got the car done before the date projected. The car turned out to be in perfect shape and looked like a new vehicle.
