Cody Beard did such a fabulous job keeping me informed throughout the process. He was always well informed and answered my questions earnestly. I never felt as if I was bothering him or if my questions were ridiculous. He spoke to me on my level and didn't "talk shop" at me and I truly appreciate it. The car was fixed well and they worked seamlessly with the insurance company. Although to be in a car accident is such an awful experience, the care, expertly efficient work, and top notch service my car and I received was just stellar. I hope to never need Caliber Collision again, but if I do I won't hesitate to come back.
