I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision in Wesley Chapel. The entire process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. The repairs were completed so quickly that I still can't believe how fast everything was done. Communication between my auto insurance company and Caliber Collision was seamless, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. The employee assigned to my claim was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the process. The lady at the front desk when I went on 5/21 evening had such a great personality and was incredibly sweet.

This place was amazing!! The guy that was assigned to me was super nice and very helpful. They gave me an estimated finish time of 2 weeks, but they completed my car in 3 days. My car looked great! They ever opened on Saturday morning just to let people pick up their cars which is awesome. Thanks to everyone that played a part in my car repair.

Excellent service!! This was my first time using Caliber Collison , so I wasn’t sure what to expect. On picking up the vehicle, my advisor explained the worked done and ensured that I was satisfied . I never felt rushed during the process and that is very rare nowadays. The entire process was very seamless.
