Horribly done repairs. Parts placed in a cheap fashion to cut costs. I was told the vehicle was ready, the screen/radio didn’t work, the back gate of the vehicle wouldn’t open, the back bumper missing a screw, large pieces of glass in the rear area. Damages tire and rim placed back in the the vehicle instead of disposed of. Horrible repairs.

I had a rim that was scratched and we're not sure if it happened before or after the vehicle was dropped off because the technician did not go over it with me at drop off. Carl said he would cover it and put in an order for the rim to be fixed but it's been over a week and I've received no contact. Please advise.
