Your staff was amazing from start to finish! Everyone was so kind and helpful which helped make the entire process smooth and easy. The work on our truck looks great! Hopefully we never have to do this again, but if we do we'll be going back to the Wesley Chapel location for sure!

The initial take in of my vehicle was awesome and the updates. But when I got there to get my vehicle after they said it was finished, it was still not fixed. It looks like they tried to repair and not replace the items needing to be. So then I had to wait again for my vehicle.

My overall experience was great. Everyone was friendly & pleasant to work with. My advisor, Mike, was friendly & kept me up to date. I felt comfortable enough with everyone that I almost played a practical joke on them (my Toyota app alerted me anytime a door was opened or left unlocked & I was sorely tempted to remotely relock the vehicle).

My car looks like new. I am completely satisfied with the work done. Mike was always texting me to keep me informed on the progress of the repairs. I needed my car before the estimated completion date because of medical issues and they did not fail me. I totally recommend Caliber for your collision repairs.
