My battery was dead at pick up and I had subsequent problems related to that with warning lights on my vehicle being illuminated. The man said that my battery was shot after saying the doors had been left open for an extended period of time. So I'm not really sure how leaving my doors open makes my battery bad!? My husband is a mechanic and had a hard time biting his tongue when the guy said this to him because we have a factory battery which should be good till next year at the earliest. Our check engine light ended up going off after we added gas to the car so we're assuming it had something to do with that sensor again which we have had problems with before since the repairs were done near that area. The stability control light ended up shutting off? And the voltage light also shut off after driving around for a few hours. But hey what do we know about our own car yeah?!

My only suggestion is that they install an answering machine as I tried to reach them after hours, when I was not working myself, and the phones just ring. I would have loved to leave a message.
