He did an absolutely fantastic job! Kyle made the entire estimation process seamless, thoroughly explaining what needed to be done and keeping me updated every step of the way. His professionalism, attention to detail, and great customer service really took the stress out of the situation. The repair work itself was flawless and the car looks as good as new. I highly recommend Caliber Collision, and if you go, definitely ask for Kyle!

Dominic was there to help every step of the way. This was my first repair and he made sure I knew what to expect and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He even made sure the part I needed was in perfect working condition even though he had to order it from multiple different sellers before they sent one that worked properly. He really had my back and I’m glad I chose this location for my repair. I would definitely recommend this to other people looking for repairs. Hopefully, I don’t have to come back but y’all would be my first choice!

Happy with work done. Happy with communication. Happy with the timeframe. Only complain is in the backseat do the vehicle, inside of the door where the work was done. There was a little mess not cleaned up that had definitely come from the repair
