The customer service was excellent, but based on the repair quality and having to return the vehicle for additional work, I would have some reservations about recommending the shop.

Terri was very friendly and kept me updated throughout the process, and I really appreciated her help. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the repair. I had to bring the car back because of poor fitment around the headlight and bumper, and even after the second visit, I’m still not completely satisfied with the final result.
