The work was good but the right side above the wheel is not completely pushed in like the left side and it’s noticeable. Hopefully, it doesn’t pop out. They also said they would vacuum the car and clean the mats on the inside when finished and sounded all proud that their company does that. They ONLY did my passenger side. Gave them thanks and appreciation thinking they at least vacuumed the back. Nope, they lied only one mat and one side. What was the point then.

I was kept informed the whole time my car was in repair. The team working on my car finished a lot earlier than any of us expected, which is always a bonus. Every person I dealt with was personable, helpful, and really seemed to want to make this a positive experience. Job was not finished. Gas tank senor was disrupted, was told I would have to "prove" it somehow. Not sure how anyone would go about doing this. Pitiful

Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, we encountered that helped to get our Subaru Forester repaired was and back to us were cheerful, respectful, knowledgeable, and very helpful! After a wind incident, our car sustained catastrophic hood damage from a 12’ limb. Our insurance sent us to Caliber Collision and now we understand why. We left our car off on a Tuesday afternoon, and we were informed that the work was completed by Thursday (yes, less than two days later!) and ready for pickup. They cleaned the inside before returning the keys to us. We would strongly urge all who are reading this to go Caliber Collision for any work that you need done. I’m sure your insurance companies would agree. Caliber. Collision has clients for life with our family.

We cannot say enough good things about dealing with Caliber Collision and the way they handled our recent issue regarding a severely damaged car front hood due to falling tree limb. From first contact (on a Monday), to drop off (on Tuesday, the next day), to pick up (on Thursday, of the same week!), everything was incredibly easy! The Employees that we encountered throughout this quick process were professional, respectful, and very easy to deal with. We have never dealt with car collision specialist to this degree, and only taking two days to replace the car hood (including painting!) was incredible. We will never go anywhere else, even if our insurance isn’t involved. Trust me,
