The end product was fine and it started out good, but the ending and lack of communication made it very frustrating.

The paint job took multiple tries and caused delays.

When there were delays caused by the paint job, the shop stopped communicating with me regarding covering the cost of my rental car. I was put on hold for 20 minutes at a time, several days in a row and promised a call back but never received one. My insurance also had the same experience. I don't know why no one was willing to communicate with me to give me an answer of "yes or no" if they would be willing to cover the extra cost of the rental due to the delays caused by the messed up paint job. I understand if the answer was no, but I did not appreciate being ignored.
