Caliber did a great job getting my car fixed. They stayed late for me so I had time to run over and pick up my car, they have a great system with their rental cars. Everything was very convenient. They are very communicative and quick so I knew exactly what was going on!

I haven’t had an experience like this in literal years, if ever. I arrived at the clean and comfortable office feeling that every member of the team was doing the utmost to help me get through the stress of being without my car. Cars, for Americans, are a room of ones’ own, a sense of safety, and can be as necessary as a horse for a cowboy. My trusty steed (Black Betty) came back looking better than the day I drove her off the lot. The technician I met (whose name I have shamefully forgotten, a tall gentleman with glasses haha) was knowledgeable, polite and extremely helpful. Upon returning my rental car, I managed to forget my gate clicker on the visor. I called the young lady at the front desk (with beautiful French braids) and asked her to grab the clicker and hold it. She not only did that but instantly remembered me upon my return and handed over the clicker as I ran out the door. All in all if more business ran this way we would be in a far better place as a country. 11 out of 10 would accidentally run over debris on the highway again haha.

The communication process was amazing! It was nice receiving updates on the process and dates of when my car would be finished. I also appreciate the explanations of the process from the moment I called to make an appointment, all the way up to when I picked up my car.
