Everyone involved was great. Rudy and Joshua both always answered every question I had when I called. However, I would say for future reference that the team should have someone reach out to the car owner with updates. I didn’t find out that repairs had been delayed (due to reasons out of their control) until it reached the day of the estimated available pick up the first time. So what I mean is that when something like that happens to at least give the car owner a courtesy call to update them. I understand things take time, I would just have liked to be given more updates than I received. And I did receive the text messages but those were pretty vague in my opinion and didn’t give me full detail. Overall I would give this team and location a great review as I had a good experience with them.

I am completely satisfied with the work and Service of Caliber Collision and will recommend to family and friends. Michael was very courteous and helpful and I was sent daily texts of the status of the repair of my vehicle. The completion of the repairs were a week earlier than the anticipated completion date. I will definitely use Caliber Collision for any future repairs.
