The team at caliber were very personable and were able to compete the repairs two weeks earlier than expected. That was a huge relief for me as I did not have a rental vehicle. The work was done very well and I must say it was very helpful to have progress reports twice a week. I knew when to except communication updates. The caliber team has been so helpful and I highly recommend the shop in the Westwood neighborhood , I have worked with other locations in the past so I would recommend any location overall.

The team of caliber were very fast at getting my repairs done ahead of schedule and I greatly appreciate it, I need my car for work as I have several job locations that need to be completed by specific times and dates. It was really helpful that I knew when to expect communication from the repair team, no wondering if I needed to reach out to them for repair updates. I highly recommend the company as I have had repairs done with them before and should I need service again I will be sending my business to them definitely.

They got my vehicle back on the road in no time and the work and color matching was all on point the whole crew that helped me with beginning and ending process were friendly and professional I wouldn’t definitely recommend caliber collision to anyone
