Honestly very disappointed with the attention to detail. Missed several pretty obvious areas that needed fixing a seance time and there are still issues to be fixed. Those include a fingerprint and a pretty bad run in the paint. These are the sort of things I would imagine being caught not by muself but by the shop. Jason has been a good listener and communicator but I am struggling with the having to go in a third time.

Having my car for 20 days for the same amount of service needed as my last accident when it only took 5 days at Kuni Lexus would lead me to recommend Kuni.

They sent many texts stating my car would be done on 3/6 but I actually had to call on 3/6 around 5pm because texts had ceased and I had not heard from them. Then he let me know my car would not be ready until Monday.
