For the unfinished work on the glove compartment, I'll take a point off.

The service, text messages and phone calls were timely and kept me informed on the process. The only thing holding Caliber back from a 10 is that there were leftover pieces of tape, rubber parts and an unfixed hinge on the interior glove compartment, which was a documented repair as part of the accident.

upon delivery, the car's repaired door did not shut adequately and the airbag light warning appeared on the dashboard (wasn't there prior to repair). Calliber's staff failed to notice this in the walk around they did of the car with me. I noticed it.

It was the experience of a life time, in less than twenty-four hours, our truck was ready, not, partially done, done. Brand new bumper, all ready to go. We pick up our truck, and it was all cleaned and ready to go. Each end everybody working there, were helpful and concern. What a wonderful experience. Keep up the good work. So nice meeting you all.
