I gave a timeline that I wanted to have my car back for a trip, and they made sure to get it done in time, giving me plenty of updates on the progress. My passive entry mechanism to unlock the driver door got disconnected during the repair, but I called the next day and they got me in same day to fix it. Overall very happy with the service I received and the repair looks great.
