I don’t feel like they did a good inspection of my car before the repairs. There are things that were not fixed that I had to address after I received my car back

The front desk was very helpful and always polite. The mechanic was very rude whenever I spoke to him. When my car arrived at the shop the tow truck forgot to drop off my keys. I told the mechanic multiple times I didn’t have the keys, I gave them to the tow truck. The mechanic told me I need to get the keys. I had to call the tow truck company and acquire the keys myself, while I was at work.
