They were very good at explaining what needed to be done. Repair was done quickly and they set up an appt so I could get the rental car at Enterprise! It was a lovely car which the Enterprise employee drove me to pick it up—a Genesis!! And showed me Lots of amenities about the car. When I came to pick up my car, my representative was so nice and it looked great and very clean too! Loved the service he provided!!!!

The repair to my car was done very well and very pleased it with. However I was a bit disappointed when the promised date of completion was extended by a week. Otherwise everything went well and I am happy.

After 5 weeks in shop I drove it home in the same condition as when I look it in. They couldn't find the parts per State Farm's requirements. As much as I realize the truck was a pretty rare model and I know Caliber did their best I don't think it should've taken 5 weeks . I do appreciate their diligence and would refer them from past experience .
