The people working at caliber in Frisco are very professional and caring. My experience with Ray was extremely satisfactory. He kept me up to date on the work progress and the repairs were done ahead of schedule. Ray stayed after hours on Friday so I could get my car back. My whole experience was quite painless.

Bailey kept us informed as to why are repair was taking longer than expected. This was due to parts being hard to find. She also explained why additional charges were added to our estimate. So far we are more than happy with the quality of the repair

The communication from your shop has been profoundly poor, forcing me to constantly follow up just to receive basic progress updates.Furthermore, I explicitly requested that your team address minor issues. These requests have been completely ignored, and the work remains uncompleted. Now I have to go to another body shop for fixing the other issues which makes very frustrating and annoying
