I would have been 100% satisfied with a little more communication from your team. I brought the vehicle in with damage from a collision to the front passenger side and bumper. There was some other existing damage to the driver side bumper and the girl originally stated they would most likely be replacing the entire bumper. However, when we picked it up the bumper was not replaced and the other damage was still there. The service writer explained we should get that fixed too and showed us some other damage to the wheel well. I would have certainly got it taken care of at the same time even if there was additional costs had someone told me that upfront. Now I would have to take it back in, get another rental, etc. There was an opportunity for Caliber to get some additional work with a little more communication to the customer.
