Despite the snarky front end receptionists disposition, I'm pleased with the quality and speed of repair. One detail I'd like to mention is the door that was replaced had to be properly adjusted upon inspection. It wasn't properly aligned initially. I like that Caliber works closely with Enterprise.

The folks at the Thompson Ave. West Saint Paul location were very helpful and efficient. Because they work well with Enterprise Car Rental I was not inconvenienced and happy with the service.
