We do like Caliber, but this time it looks like there is a paint run on the top of the windshield frame, and I was not expecting to clean the interior as much as I did.

heather and cory were amazing through the whole experience! they gave me updates when i needed them, and were extremely kind to me through the whole process, making sure problems get fixed! what i am dissatisfied about is whoever my tech was for the initial repairs. the lack of attention to detail was insane. the whole job wasn’t even finished, my mirror did not get replaced! also upon pick up, i noticed that not a single light in my driver side headlight was working. i gave the benefit of doubt and thought maybe something was left lose. nope, not at all, they broke my connector to my head lamp and thought it was fine to just flew my connections together. they made all this right and i greatly appreciate that. however, the continuation of lack of attention to detail amazed me. there are scratches in my tint now, my steering wheel cover had gotten messed up (how? not a clue, they shouldn’t have needed to work on anything near there) and they couldn’t put my cover back on my fuse box. these are minor details, i know, however, is that how they’d want their car to be treated? i’m disgusted by the lack of care from the tech. i have pictures of everything, good and bad, and will be sure to leave a very honest google review so people know who they’re working with, )the good, the bad, and the ugly)!

satisfied with office staff, completely dissatisfied with the techs. they did an awful job and lacked care and compassion for their job, messing up my head lamp, causing them to have to replace it because they thought it was okay to glue it back together. in what world is that okay? who allowed that to exit the shop?! they also did not complete their job when i first went to pick up so they had to take it back. they scratched my tiny and other small details that are only slightly bothersome. i don’t believe ill ever go to caliber again. not the westminster location. unless i find out who the tech was and request they don’t touch my car, because the front end staff was amazing through the whole process, id love to work with them again!

Communication was great throughout the entire repair process, they kept me informed of the status and handled extending my rental through enterprise so I never had to worry about it! My car looks like it was never even in an accident.
