So far, yes I'm satisfied. However, sometimes problems with the quality of repairs don't show up until 2-3 weeks after completion. This did in fact happen with some repair work that Caliber Collision in Frederick, MD did a few years ago--they used some after-market parts that didn't quite fit right, which was not apparent until after a few weeks. They did, however, fix the problem.
