Communication wasn’t as great as should have been with the repeated extension of dates with no explanations for why and lack of providing a date that could be achieved. Have to take the car back after pickup to resolve issues that came up after the repairs

Car was returned with rattle in the headliner that didn’t exist when originally dropped off. Had to go back to shop after it was returned to resolve issue and still waiting on parts

I had to reach out to them, they never called me, my car was there for 6wks. They kept changing dates on when it would be finished. When it was finally finished, I went over to pu and there was a nick on the top fender that they had repaired/ painted. The car was dirty. The inside door panel and steering wheel was very dirty from the person who worked on it. I showed Bob the nick and he said oh call me tomorrow. I would not ever recommend this company, i should have taken it to Muggets in Westminster but NO I had to use the one that Travelers recommended.

When I made the appt. the person I spoke with told me to fill the gas tank up with gas. Why??? When I dropped it off, I asked the girl at the counter if someone would come out and go over the car with me and she said (" no, we don't do that"). All they would do is send me generic updates by email, they where totally wrong. NO i would not recommend them at all.

When I got my car back the tech that put the headliner back in my car had hands that were full of oil/grease. I have a light gray headliner and visors and it was absurd the condition I got it back in. I take care of my car and to have someone else destroy it the way they did is infuriating. They cleaned it but I lost another day where I had to drive the same rental after a month. It’s not 100% the same. I will NEVER go back here or recommend it to anyone. There is no excuse for what happened.
