The team who worked on my car and my service advisor were excellent car is finished as scheduled only had to wait on a third-party delay to get calibration done for the sensors otherwise extremely excited thank you for everything

Caliber staff were professional and a delight to deal with. There was one problem that was not their fault and that was obtaining a replacement radiator. It took almost 4 weeks to get a radiator.

Since you asked... I received a voicemail at 6:37pm on Friday to say that my car was being washed and then it just needed to be calibrated, and I could pick it up on Saturday between 10-11:30. Not knowing if "calibrating" might discover something, and the car wouldn't be ready, i waited until 10am on Saturday to call before heading over. However, instead of getting anyone at the shop, i got routed to Customer Service. He told me that the shops are closed on the weekends and that he had no way to contact the shop to see if someone was there. Since I would not be able to pick up my car until next Friday if i didn't get it today, I took a gamble and headed to the shop. Luckily, someone was there, and I was able to pick it up. Otherwise, it would have been an unfortunate inconvenience. Although the outside was cleaned, the inside had a layer of shop dust on the steering column, center console, and dash. Also, the new hood is not aligned properly. The gap on the left side is wider than the gap on the right. Everyone that I dealt with was great though.

From the moment I dropped off my car for repair until I drove it off of your lot, repaired it was an entirely positive experience. I was treated with politeness, professionalism and kindness from everyone. I was given updates which I really appreciated. Repairs were done in a very timely manner. Everything was explained.
