Interior was not clean at pickup. After having tech clean for about 30 mins, there are still spots in ceiling that should have been cleaned prior to pick up. Especially after having vehicle for 3 plus weeks

The vehicle still smells of smoke. When I picked it up, the interior hadn't been cleared as stated on the repair order. The sensor that detects how many miles are left for remaking gas constantly shows 200 miles no matter how much gas is in the tank. I'm unable to operate the passenger window from the driver side. I need to get this resolved

No need for that. The work. Was good . I feel the estimate could have been a little closer to finished job. While I don’t blame the estimator perhaps I could suggest giving the customer a “range of cost. For the money the whole experience was excellent!

We are very satisfied with the people, the process and the price. And for the most part we are satisfied with the final product. But one issue surfaced immediately. A noisy hum seemed to be eminating from the repaired door and upon inspection it appears that the bottom moulding on the repaired door is not firmly attached, resulting in vibration. We look forward to having this repaired and then being 100% satisfied.
