I found the employees at Caliber Collision to be exceptional in their service. Diana did everything to make all the necessary connections with insurance and car rental. Chris was not only an exceptional technician. He is so congenial and customer centered. It was a blessing to work with them at a very challenging time.

Fit and finish of Aftermarket parts was slightly off, front bumper needed to be adjusted when I picked up my truck. Not genuine Toyota parts.

Firstly the work on the vehicle is perfect. Can’t even tell which I guess is the most important thing. The people at the front were great with explaining the insurance process which was good for me as I’ve never had to deal with a claim or inurance. Finally, which I found most surprising and pleasantly soo. Was that, as far as I can tell, you cleaned and vacuumed my car. When I get services at Hyundai fpr oil changes or whatever. They don’t even do that. Your team did a great job all around and I hope I never see you guys again. But if I do. I know I’ll be on good hands. 10/10

Everything went smoothly from scheduling the appointment, dropping the car off, and picking the car up. There was communication during the entire process. The job was completed before the estimated time. Overall I was very happy and will use them again for the next repair.

My reasoning for the score of 6 is because of the- Black foam squares all over the floor, missing valve cap on tire, rubber gasket strips in the front passenger seat, some black glue/sealant on my passenger seat and all over the floor mat at the same location, parts from the accident left in the hatchback. I have used you previously on this vehicle and others and did not experience this type of mess. I hope that the repairs were not done in what seems like a “get it done fast” type of mindset. My car was with you for close to a month. I’m ok with that. I actually said to your rep twice when told the completion date would be longer- it’s fine, please make sure it’s 100%.
