My only frustration was that on Wednesday, I received a message stating that because they had to order parts, etc. my car would not be ready until the following Tuesday. With that information I went ahead and filled up the rental car with a full tank of gas (when it only had 1/4 tank on receiving it). Then the next day, I got a call from the insurance agent saying my car would be ready for pick-up that evening. I wouldn't have spent $30 on gas if I'd known I was only going to have the car for another 24 hrs. Otherwise, we had a fine experience with Caliber.
