It took too long to get the initial estimate completed - 3 days. Also, they expected completion date was over two weeks longer than the actual completion date. While I was glad to get my car back much sooner, being told I would be without my car for five weeks was not only unsettling, but caused undue stress and planning to compensate. On the bright side, once the estimate was completed, Darren stayed on top of things and kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle in a timely fashion.
