I recently had my Honda repaired at Caliber Collision on Airport Dr. in Wichita Falls, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. This was my first time ever dealing with an accident and the repair process, so I had a lot of questions and honestly didn't know what to expect. From the moment I walked in, Christopher Canalis made the entire process stress-free. He took the time to explain how everything worked—from the insurance claim to the repair timeline—and answered every question I had with patience and professionalism. What impressed me the most was that Christopher went well beyond what I would expect from someone simply doing their job. He personally drove my wife and me to Enterprise to pick up our rental car, making an already stressful situation much easier. That level of customer service is rare these days and speaks volumes about the kind of person he is. When I picked up my Honda, it looked fantastic. The quality of the repair exceeded my expectations, and the car looked like nothing had ever happened. The attention to detail and craftsmanship were outstanding. Christopher represents Caliber Collision exceptionally well. His professionalism, communication, honesty, and genuine willingness to help turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a smooth and positive one. I sincerely wish there were more people like Christopher in customer service.
