All personnel at Caliber are awesome. From the initial estimate to completion I was kept informed on the progress. Darios Hicks was outstanding. From start to finish, he was very detailed in explaining the process and he communicated with me letting me know the timeline of when they would be done. He was very kind and fun to talk to. He provided me a very detailed list of all repairs done and told me to not hesitate to call if I had any questions or issues later. The General Manager, John Martinez, was very nice when I first brought my car in for repair. He and Darious made me feel welcome.
