I asked yall for an estimate for over week. My assistant over email (over 3 different days) kept assuring me they will send it. Today they finally sent it. Hours go by and now its time to pay- now they want $100 more than the estimate. Not very professional, if it costs more than what you reluctantly quoted me that cost should come out of your pocket, not mine.

I’m very happy with the results of the Caliber Collision repair work on my 2018 Nissan Frontier. Darios Hicks in particular did a good job overseeing the repairs and would not accept subpar replacement parts on my behalf. Sarah, the WF Caliber Collision receptionist/front person was always cheerful and helpful. I would give the Wichita Falls Caliber Collision group on Airport Road a “10” in all aspects of their work and customer service.
