Chris was very helpful during the process of our vehicle being worked on. i don't think i ever had to call him during the duration of time Caliber Collision had my car. He called me every week or every time there was an update with the car and explained everything along the way. I'm beyond satisfied with his. customer service.

Everyone that I talked to was great. I spoke with Jewel to get an initial estimate; explained everything and so did parts at the higher end. Then when Chris got the van, he set an initial completion date for 4/24 in case there were delays. Then he called yesterday and said it should be ready this afternoon 4/17! The van truly looks great. Thanks to everyone! I will highly recommend your excellent work!
