My experience with Caliber was excellent. The TEAM did an awesome job on my car. I didn't recognize my car when I saw it. The lady at the front desk is amazing. She was very kind and helpful. Staff were all exceptional!! Communication was consistent and clear. Everyone was friendly and willing to help/answer questions. We were referred to Caliber by another shop because they were so busy. This shop is new but we were greeted by a very professional receptionist who gave us all the details needed and arranged for our rental car. We were then introduced to the management who was very pleasant and too, professional and gave us the process through which the car would go through. We received text messages on the progress of the car and when it was completed (which was ahead of time and truly appreciated) went to the shop and picked up the car after paying the deductible. They also took care of the rental! Overall thoroughly satisfied with the team and the process and would highly recommend this shop with any future "problems." Thanks for listening!
