This comment is from Donna Ward. It's my car. I own the KIA. Every person I had contact with was beyond helpful. Everything was explained in detail. No surprises. I had all my questions answered. I was kept informed during the repair. I could call for anything if I needed to. People who helped me were very pleasant as well. It's a good system they have to be efficient and in touch. Also good system to get a car rental. It was an excellent experience to have my car repaired. I would definitely use Caliber again but hope I don't need to! This team is by far the best . Highly recommend to anyone who might be in need.of vehicle body repairs. They keep you in touch with what's going on with your vehicle, NO GAMES OR DOUBLE TALK ! The communication was top tier, John explained in great detail, set expectation from the door which I really appreciated especially this being my first accident. The young lady at the front also took the time to explain the process which helped me make the decision to leave my car there before the estimate process started. The best part, you all over delivered getting me back on the road in a week. Oh I can't forget the warranty and the car looked AMAZING inside and out
