I was pleased with the quality customer service I was provided throughout the process of getting the vehicle repaired. I was kept aware of the time-line of the repair process, constantly updated and all of my questions were answered without any hesitation. My service advisor, Mr. Jorge kept me advised of the delays which was not his fault. Also, the young lady at the front desk (sorry, forgot her name), was extremely helpful with questions regarding the rental car process. I would tell everyone to come to Caliber Collision in Willingboro, New Jersey to have your vehicle repaired at their facility.

First, the staff were very friendly & helpful in explaining the process & the work to be done. Second, communications from the shop was very proactive & detailed about the progress of the repair. And third, the car looked great when we picked it up, including a buffing of the right headlamp so it looked as new as the replaced left headlamp. What an awesome job!
