The vehicle looks great for the most part, but there is an uneven portion where the bumper & quarter panel meet. I was told it was due to previous damage, but I have never been in an accident previously with this vehicle. Also, during the most recent storm, there was some yellow fluid on the snow where I moved my vehicle.

A paint bubble/blister appeared at one of the paint chipped areas. To be fair, I didn't go over a post-inspection with the office manager. (I just wanted my car back).

It took far too long to complete work on my car. It took exactly 3 weeks. Originally, before I decided to go with Caliber, I asked the office manager how long she thought it would take. Unfortunately, she was unable to give me a time-frame, (not even an estimate). Looking back on it I can see why. If she had said 3 weeks, (21 days), I would not have committed to Caliber. Although the work done WAS very good, (with the exception of a small "paint bubble" existing on one of the paint-chipped areas), it still took far too long for the work to get done. I am very, very disappointed.

I am so pleased with my service! Jorge and his team went above and beyond my expectations. My car was ready a week ahead of schedule, they really worked their absolute hardest to make sure my car was fixed and done properly. Hopefully I never have another issue (no hate), but if I ever had to, I would definitely be back to Caliber Collision! Thank you so much, Jorge and crew!
