.My car’s body looks gorgeous but my stereo system keeps freezing and my Bluetooth doesn’t work. This never happened before I dropped it off to you. If it keeps freezing I will bring it back to you to fix it at your expense.

3 times to get something right

I had to go to the shop three times to get things done to satisfaction and my score represents that. The first initial estimate and repairs were done ahead of schedule and I hoped great great experience but when I went through the estimate of what was done it didn’t address two critical items that the insurance and them were aware of that I specifically told them about which was warning on dash that my 4 wheel drive system was disabled and a strong smell of smoke and I was light headed taking into the shop. Fast forward a week they called me. Everything seemed ok and I signed on the work and then get the vehicle home and notice a piece on the rear under carriage is hanging off. Go to shop again and it turns out they used clips vs screws to secure

They were quick to rectify issues etc after raising but after picking up first time and I mentioned something was up that was met with an attitude and questions it’s only after he checked paperwork and going round back of shop did the attitude change. A promise of delivering the car after 2nd attempt wasn’t honored but after nearly a month without our car we just wanted it back

I’m so happy with how my car turned out- it looks fantastic. VJ was fantastic to work with and Katherine and Jaime were critical members of the team, making sure I was well communicated with and that the project was ahead of schedule.
