Hood seam wasn’t level with other side and they left a spot on the hood that wasn’t painted over properly.

When I asked at vehicle drop off if parts would come from a junk yard I was told no. Then one of the wheels was replaced with a junk yard wheel. It was scratched up and not in the same excellent condition as the other 3 wheels. I put a brand new battery in the car just a few months prior. It was starting and operating fine the 2 weeks before our scheduled drop off date. They replaced it and said it was dead. Do not trust this shop. Feel like it’s probably coming from the top on how to cut corners and milk the system.

Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Everyone was courteous and professional. I felt I knew what to expect because things were so well explained up front. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome, and how smooth the rental process was. My car looks fantastic - even better and cleaner than before the accident lol. Did not receive a call on the Friday the vehicle was stated it would be ready. Had to call and be informed it would not be ready until Monday. Then on Monday I had to call twice to get a time to pick up the vehicle. It took 2+ weeks for minor repair to headlight/ front corner
