The tailgate cables are different lengths and one cable bears all the weight.

Initially the repair was given no estimate for completion and I needed to pay for a rental car out of pocket. Once I dropped the truck off I was given an estimate for completion which at least provided a time line.

Everyone that I interacted with was super kind and helpful. They did a great job fixing up my car and a fantastic job of keeping me informed throughout the process. I didn’t have to worry about anything other than when to drop it off and when to pick it up. The customer service and service on the car were both phenomenal and I would recommend Caliber Collision to everyone!

Caliber Collision did an amazing job in every area from the initial call, to the repairs to my car, and especially the customer service throughout the whole process. I am super happy with how my car looks and that they handled the loose ends so I didn’t have to worry. They even worked with Enterprise to help that process be seamless as well.
