The experience was very smooth from start to finish. I was explained the process clearly and it rolled out as such. I appreciate the text updates and accommodating timing. All the staff were very pleasant and went above and beyond to remove any barriers to a smooth transition. My car looked beautiful when completed!!!! I appreciate the extra care to clean it up!!!

It started off a rough beginning, not sure where it started either the insurance office. But the insurance office set us with the Hanover office first then stated york would be completed faster. Our vehicle was lost for awhile the towing company went to your facility and was not aloud to drop it off. So i guess it went to the towing company. My wife spoke to I believe a Kim at your office and was told yes it is here however we were kind of forced to take it. That was the little down fall. However every business has one person. After this when I stopped in to sign paperwork to ok the work to be performed things were awesome. Matt could not have been anymore professional and accommodating. Recieving daily texts about where they were with the vehicle was a great touch. Unfortunately one of the parts did not work and we had to wait a few more days. This was out of your control and can be expected from time to time. And was able to actually pick the vehicle up a day earlier than expected. Thank you for your professional assistance in our unexpected repair.

My Honda looked incredible! It’s apparent that Caliber Collision takes great pride in their work. I was impressed that they washed the car as an added bonus. Their pricing is in line with similar body shops. I did not like having the main office call to relay information or set up appointments. They would have had my car joining in the many sitting for days/weeks in an overcrowded lot while parts were being ordered. The service department is very courteous and friendly. Communication through the process was lacking. I had to call after each week to get a status on the quote, on the ordered parts, and again to find out if my bumper had been painted yet. Overall, I appreciated that they worked with me to get a minor job done the same day so I could still use my car and am pleased with the results.

Lots of texts getting updates was good. The work on the car looks great! One thing to work on- was there at 0730 to try to pick up my vehicle. Had to call at 0741 to have someone to open the door.
