My vehicle was hit in the front hard enough to break both grills and required a new bumper. Developed a crack in the radiator immediately after as a result of the shifting on impact. Yet somehow, it was deemed to not have been as a result of the impact. So as a result, I have to assume financial responsibility for a problem that should have been fixed while my vehicle was in your company's’ custody. Very bad experience.
