Caliper made the whole process simple and easy. I loved the communication they gave me every step of the way while my car was getting fixed. Everyone I dealt with there was super friendly and helpful. Especially Kim she explained the entire process to me and kept in touch with my car’s progress.

Three things. 1. Were the roof rails removed? The back rail is now crooked. 2. I received the car back with about 20 miles of gas. It was not dropped off this low. What gives? 3. The pinstripe painting looks like it was done by a 10 year old. Was it even taped off?

The work is still not complete. The car is going back in the shop on 9/3 because the driver door continues to have a whistle noise when you drive above 60 mph.

Caliber Collision is a very reliable center to take your car when needing repairs of any sort. They had excellent communication, promising information about the repairs every Tuesday and Thursday. I even received my car at an earlier date then promised. It looks like it never went to the shop! I am very satisfied with everything Caliber had to offer!
