After picking up my car at Caliber in York, we noticed a horrible sound coming from the back end. Even though it was 4:00 on a Friday, they didn't hesitate to put it up on the lift to see if they could find the problem. It ended up being a brake pad that had broken off. We didn't feel safe driving it, so the manager offered to order the parts and make the repair for us. They really went above and beyond what was expected of them and I really appreciate it. We will definitely be keeping them in mind for any issues in the future!

There are two pin holes where the dent was removed that are still visible. I didn’t notice them on initial inspection but when I brought the vehicle home my boyfriend saw them.
